REGISTRATION DAYS

 A couple of clarifications about auditions:

1.  Nothing needs to be prepared. Just show up!

2.  If you have already registered than Kat will have your paperwork and you are good to go!

3.  We are in the process of finalizing the schedule for the spring shows. We should be able to let you all know within the next couple of days.

We will be having two registration/audition days for the spring musicals. You need to come to one of the two audition days with A COMPLETED REGISTRATION PACKET AND YOUR $25 DEPOSIT! Mrs. Osten will be there to arrange payment plans (if necessary) and deal with registration questions. Your full payment is not due till the first day of class, as usual.

CHANDLER--December 9 from 1-3 PM or December 16 from 1-3 PM

at Chandler Bible Church

MOON VALLEY/GLENDALE--December 12 from 1-3 PM or December 18 from 1-3 PM

at Moon Valley Bible Church

SCOTTSDALE FOOLS ONLY TWO PERFORMANCES -- December 12 & 13

Friday—7 PM and Saturday—2 PM

The early registration deadline for spring registration is December 22, 2008. There are registration forms at the shows. We are doing “Once Upon a Mattress” for HS and “Schoolhouse Rock” for MS.

PARENTS ATTEND SHOWS FOR FREE

Parents, just a reminder that you do not have to pay for shows. You pay tuition, that is enough. Siblings, grandparents, etc. do need to pay but parents can come as many times as they want with no charge (just buy concessions J)!

REMINDER:  Parents, there will be a mandatory 30 minute meeting at the beginning of dress rehearsal on the Monday of production week.  We’ll make sure all parent jobs are filled and answer any questions you may have about production week. 

SET UP ON THE FIRST DAY OF DRESS REHEARSALS

Several of the parent coordinators have let me know that many people are volunteering to help with set up on the Mondays of dress rehearsal weeks. This is WONDERFUL! We will be starting at 9 AM sharp on Monday at each of the churches where the play is being held.

SCHOLARSHIP HOURS

Just a reminder that if you received scholarship from MoezArt you are responsible for one hour of volunteer time for every $10 of scholarship received. Consider one of the afore mentioned opportunities. If these hours are not fulfilled by the end of the semester you will be billed for the balance.

COSTUMES

Just a reminder for the FOOLS that the guys need to have a white, button down dress shirt, soccer socks and dress shoes for the show. Girls, shorts, cami and nylons.  For Charlotte’s Web, guys need to have sneakers and a plain t-shirt and girls need shorts and a cami for under their costumes.
